Discovered we had termites during a bathroom renovation. Got several bids, was shocked how high Orkin and Terminix were. Like thousands of dollars more than every single other bid we got. Decided to go with them because of how long they've been in business and the good reviews they'd received. Our technician was professional and very knowledgeable about everything. Will definitely use them in the future.
