Unfortunately I had a rodent infestation in my apartment since March, 2022. Needless to say my life has been a living hell. Without much help from the landlord I was force to deal with the problem on my own. When I called 311 that’s when Dial-a-Bug Pest Control was contacted. Finally a professional, experienced and very knowledgeable exterminator Avi showed up. He got to work right away explaining everything. He was thorough and detailed with what he was doing. I’m in an apartment building so problems may still exist unless the building is treated. However, I’m hoping this will be the end of this issue. Just have to wait and see. Thank you Avi!
