Chris is the BEST pest killer in the area.  She's a small business in a big industry and her customer service cannot be matched.  She is the person you talk to on the phone, she is the person that shows up for the appointment, and She is the person that kills the bugs.  There are no contracts, she gives free estimates, free advise to help you do it yourself if you can't afford a professional, she will not just do what YOU THINK should be done and take your money.  She will not let you spend money that is not needed.  She will explain the type of bugs you have and the best way to get rid of them.  For 5 years in a row, she has been voted What's Rocks in the Winnebago County area by the The Local News paper, The Rockford Register Star.  Beating out the Big franchised Pest Services.  She is the Best in my opinion, and I recommend her to everyone who asks me about a pest control person.
