I contacted Steve Hall from Sgt. Poopers about a mother raccoon and her six babies that decided to live under our porch.  In researching raccoons, I learned that the feces is very hazardous to humans and became extremely concerned about family members being accidentally exposed to the parasites while in the yard.  At that point, there were quite a few piles from the raccoon family.  Steve reassured me that the raccoon family would not be harmed; he would use a non toxic repellent that would be safe for the family and a few feral cats that I feed.  He very patiently answered all of my questions and came out within a few days even though he hadn't normally serviced this area.   Steve was very thorough in cleaning, disinfecting, and covering the yard with the fragrant repellent.  He was fastidious in properly disposing of the waste.  He is the utmost professional, knowledgeable, and caring.  I would highly recommend his company to anyone who needed this type of assistance.
