I have used Matt Otman's services for the last 12 years. This includes servicing my commercial building, my home, my parent's home and many of my friends and neighbors. He arrives on schedule, he gives honest estimates including times when he says that damage is old and minimal and doesn't recommend work. The fumigators he uses are much lower in price than other contractors. He comes well within or under the quotes he gives. His workers are very knowledgeable, talented, and careful to clean up after the work is done. Work he has done for me range from a couple of hundred dollars to a $42,000 major rebuild of damage in my parent's home.
