WE HAD CALLED A FIVE STAR TERMITE FOR A WDIR FOR A HOME WE WERE LOOKING TO BUYRICK SCHELDULED A CONVIENT TIME FOR ME TO MEET HIM THERE .WHEN I ARRIVED RICK WAS INSPECTING THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOME, AS I WALKED UP HE INTRODUCED HIMSELF AND HANDED ME A BUISNESS CARD, HE EXPLAINED TO ME THE PROCEDURE OF THE INSPECTION AND ASKED IF THIS WAS A FHA OR VA PURCHASE TOLD HIM VA. HE THEN EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCE OF WHAT THE VA INSPECTION ENTAILED.AS HE CONTINUED HIS WORK HE EXPLAINED HE WOULD NEED ACCESS TO INTERIOR TO COMPLETE INSPECTION. HE WAS SO THROUGH THRU EVERY ROOM IN THE HOME FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. WHEN HE FINISHED HE ASKED ME TO HAVE A SEAT AND WE WENT THRU THE REPORT AND EXPLAINED EVERY ITEM ON THE REPORT,HE ALSO PROVIDED A NPMA-33 WHICH IS FOR THE VA .THIS COMPANY EXCEDED MY EXPECIATIONS,THANKS RICKSTAN PAIGE
